Ardbrae House have been welcoming guests since 2007 and provide a friendly, cosy and inviting place to stay when visiting Inverness. Its location is peaceful and great for relaxation yet is only 30 mins from the airport.
Bookings
A 10% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Breakfast and other meals
Enjoy a delicious breakfast in our breakfast room with views over the fields. The breakfast menu includes a traditional full Scottish breakfast or if preferred a continental breakfast. We can also do packed lunches and evening meals on request and at an additional cost.
Parking
Large free private car park and garage available for storage of motorbikes or bicyles.
General Information
The house is non smoking throughout and we do not allow pets.
